Mind-bending Rubik’s Cube optical illusion is SO confusing it’s causing ‘brain pain’ for fans

NO ONE can handle this complex optical illusion that shows multiple Rubik’s cubes at once.

As if one Rubik’s cube wasn’t enough, someone put two together, or so it seems.

The gif is so impressive that one user said “this made me sick”.

“I was expecting something like a rolling cube that somehow keeps recreating its pattern,” another commented on Reddit.

“I wasn’t prepared for the heartache when part of it changed.

“Luckily, after that, my brain figured out what was going on, so the pain didn’t continue.”

Optical illusion uses common 3D drawings to trick our brain.

“I think there’s a change in line width that makes you see different perspectives,” said another.

“However, I could be wrong.”

The real Rubik’s cube was first created in 1974 and is one of the most popular and well-known 3D puzzle games in the world.

Since its inception, people have been racing to solve a tricky puzzle in record time.

Unsurprisingly, robots are better at solving problems than humans.

So much so, that the current droid holds the world record, which is an incredible 0.38 seconds.

The human world record is 4.22 seconds.
