Detective police officer with investigation by Nicola Emery said: “Groups of organized crime are often driven like a company, and each member has clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

“John Horn sat at the very top of this particular criminal network and while he rarely treats any drugs, it was very clear that he played a leading role in the cocaine supply to users across the Eastern Kent.

“He thought that, by having other criminals to do their dirty job for him, to reduce the risk of arresting him and sending him to prison.

“Unfortunately, for Horna and other members of his group, we knew exactly who they were and what they were doing.

“This is a significant result in the constant fight of the Centa Class A supply, and they were responsible for the penalties that would see them for a long time behind bars.”
