A MOTHER died of a heart attack after being repeatedly raped by a stranger, a court heard.

The Old Bailey heard how Natalie was sexually assaulted and died on a park bench, with jurors reportedly left in tears after seeing the alleged incident on CCTV.
Jurors were told that Iidow, who is on trial for rape and manslaughter in Southall Park, west London, was “looking for a vulnerable woman” as the night’s horror unfolded.
Prosecutor Alison Morgan KC told the court today that the mother-of-three died of a heart attack caused by Iidow raping her “again and again”.
CCTV footage was shown of Natalie sitting on a bench with another man when, the prosecution say, the accused walked past and looked at them.
He then left the park before returning a short time later.
Jurors were torn when they watched more video evidence that allegedly showed Iidow changing the position of Natalie’s body as he raped her.
A male member of the jury cried as the video was shown, and two female members of the jury looked away as it played.
Natalie had been lying on the bench without “clear movement” for around 30 minutes before Iidow “nonchalantly” approached her, the court heard.
During the alleged attack, the NHS worker was “deeply unconscious”, Ms Morgan added.
“What was the defendant doing there, what did he want to do, walking up and down the lanes in the middle of the night and thinking about what his goals must have been – looking for a vulnerable woman to rape,” she told the court.
Ms Morgan told jurors: “The prosecution is arguing that Natalie died as a result of what this defendant did to her.
“She was not dead at the time the accused raped her, that will be a matter for you to consider – that this accused went to the park for a reason.
“He wouldn’t ask for sex with a dead body for more than 15 minutes, he had sex with someone he knew was alive but was deeply unconscious and therefore raped her.”
A passer-by found Natalie’s dead body in the park in the early hours of July 17, 2021, the court previously heard.
Jurors were told that after the alleged attack, the accused returned to his home in Hounslow, west London, via a Shell garage where he stopped to buy cat food and mouthwash.
Swabs taken from Natalie’s body matched DNA samples taken from the defendant, the court heard.
Iidow denied the charges against him and the trial was adjourned until Monday.
In a police interview, the accused said that Natalie offered him oral sex for £10.
A toxicology report showed she was three times the legal limit to drive, but that nothing she consumed was likely to have caused her death.
