Music artist Jimmy Lovine sued
Legendary musician Jimmy Lovine was sued Wednesday by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her, according to a source. On Wednesday, Nov. 22, a Jane Doe prosecutor filed a summons and notice in New York, alleging that Jimmy Lovine, 70, was involved in “multiple instances of sexually assaulting and forcibly touching her, including a specific incident of sexual misconduct” that occurred August 2007 in New York. The lawsuit is expected to be filed before the end of the year, but the legal filing did not provide further information. The women are also seeking unspecified damages for what they claim is sexual harassment, according to a Rolling Stones report.
