Pauley recently updated her fans on how just a few years after she left NCIS, she is in dire straits following an alleged breakup with co-star Mark Harmon. At the time, it was announced that Mark was bringing his dog to the set, which bit a crew member, prompting Pauley to complain.
After leaving the show, Pauley tweeted about the situation, writing: “I can’t stand humiliation, that’s why I’ve never said publicly what happened. But there are tabloid articles that completely lie about me. If you believe them? Please leave me alone. Obviously you don’t know me. (Sorry guys, that has to be said).

CBS responded with a statement that read: “Pauley Perrette had a great run on NCIS and we will all miss her. Over a year ago, Pauley met with us about a problem at work. We took the issue seriously and worked with her to find a solution. We are committed to creating a safe work environment for all of our programs.”
