NEET PG 3rd round allotment soon: FORDA calls for 30 percentile cutoff to fill vacancies

The third round of NEET PG counseling is expected soon

NEET PG Counseling Cutoff: The Medical Counseling Board is expected to announce the NEET PG Round 3 Counseling Seat Allotment Results soon. The results which were scheduled to be released on 16th September 2023 have since been postponed. Candidates who have been eagerly awaiting the announcement of the 3rd round allotment list have requested the MCC to provide a clear picture regarding the delay and schedule for the announcement of NEET PG 3rd round counseling results.

Meanwhile, Doctor’s body including Indian Medical Association has requested the center to reduce the cutoff for NEET PG students. According to reports, the IMA has urged the center to reduce the cutoff percentage to 30 percent. The Federation of Indian Doctors Association (FORDA) has written to Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and also met him personally to discuss the issue regarding the cut-off percentage for PG students. Through its Twitter post, FORDA assured that good news regarding NEET PG cut offs is expected soon.

The Medical Counseling Center provides counseling for post-graduate MBBS programs. Counseling is being conducted for approximately 24,547 MD seats, 12,780 MS seats and 922 PG degree seats offered in medical colleges across the country.

NEET PG Cutoff 2023
