He earned his pro card after finishing first in the Men’s Classic Physique Class C category at the 2018 NPC World Amateur Olympia Italy. He finished seventh at both the 2019 Yamamoto Pro Cup and the Kuwait Pro Series. He finished ninth in the European Pro Series. He placed second at the 2021 Tampa Pro and third at the Puerto Rico Pro and the Xtreme Bodybuilding & Fitness Pro Men’s Physique Classic.
In 2022, he was crowned the champion at the New York Professional Tournament. Later he became an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Bodybuilding) professional player. In the 2022 Mr. Olympia Classic Physique category, he placed 16th.
Neil Currie’s daily schedule
Neil revealed in an interview that he used to get up at 3 a.m. every day for four training sessions, including two weightlifting sessions and two aerobics sessions, six meals, and his personal trainer sessions. He used to do cardio for an hour between 3:30 and 4:30 am. After aerobic exercise, he immediately takes supplements. Around 5 a.m., he often responds to clients’ messages about workouts. He had his first meal at 6 a.m. and then slept for about 2 hours. He usually has a pre-workout meal around 11 a.m., then weights from 12 noon to 2 p.m.
He often has a post-workout meal around 3 p.m. He again used to eat around 5pm, then start working out at 7pm, and have a post-workout meal at 9pm. From 9:30 to 10 p.m., he often does aerobics on the treadmill at home.He used to have his last meal of the day around 11 pm
Diet and Supplements
Neil Currey used to eat mainly beef, rice and potatoes spread over six meals a day. He once shot ISO[H1] Grass-fed whey protein isolate powder meets his protein needs.
He often adds about 10 grams of rich Raspberry Silo9 essential amino acids, 75 grams of CDX Cluster dextrin carbohydrate powder, 5 grams of micronized creatine monohydrate and fermented glutamine to his pre-workout drinks.

Neal Curry’s former coach Milos Salchev posted on Instagram that Curry passed away on September 11, 2023 at the age of 34. Although he initially claimed that Curry committed suicide due to suffering from mental health issues, this was not confirmed as the post was later edited and contained no mention of suicide.
