Neil Young Announces Coastal Live Album Ahead of Hitting the Road for World Tour

Neil Young goes coastal.

On Friday, February 28, the singer “Heart of Gold” announced that he was releasing a new album and a movie called Coast With his band Chrome Hearts to go with him, for days after a great announcement about the world tour.

Young’s wife Daryl Hannah directed the movie, which would contain the content behind the scene from her solo tour in 2023 along the West Coast, which was a deep dive into the catalog of a 79-year-old musician.

Coast will play in cinemas one night on Thursday, April 17, the next day, Coastal: Sound Record will be released. Among the songs that are presented on the album are “Vampire Blues”, “I’m a Child”, “I expect to fly” and “Time is coming”.

In June and July, Young is several stops in June and July before heading to the United States and Canada to a few concerts. Tickets for Young’s Love Earth Wold Tour on sale on February 28 at 10 o’clock Local Time on TickketMaster.

2025. It turns out to be a big year for Young. The “Harvest Moon” singer should perform in Glastonbury in June after he originally pulled out.

“Due to an error in the information received, I decided not to play the Glastonbury Festival, which I always loved,” Young wrote on his website Neil Young Archives in early January. “Fortunately, the festival now goes back to our plan and we look forward to playing. I hope we will see you there!”

In December, Young said that he and Chrome Hearts would not perform at the Festival in the UK, calling him a “corporate exclusion” and “It’s not for me like it used to be.”

Young also performs at London’s Hyde Park in July.
