Nicole Sheindlin is an American attorney and co-founder of Honor Mentoring, a program that connects young high school girls with successful female leaders to empower and mentor them. She is the stepdaughter of Judy Sheindlin.

From September 1993 to May 2006, Nicole served as a senior attorney in the Criminal Defense Division of the Legal Aid Society for over 12 years. During this time, she gained experience handling criminal cases, including handling a variety of trials in front of judges and juries. The program pairs mentees (students) with local business professionals who serve as mentors, providing guidance and support while focusing on college and career readiness.
