Nicole Sheindlin is an American attorney and co-founder of Honor Mentoring, a program that connects young high school girls with successful female leaders to empower and mentor them. She is the stepdaughter of Judy Sheindlin.

The program pairs mentees (students) with local business professionals who serve as mentors, providing guidance and support while focusing on college and career readiness. Her honorary mentorship has benefited over 800 young women and involved over 300 local business women from various fields.
