She met Indian actor Karan Vir Mehra in 2008 while they were shooting for a TV commercial. They met again after spending nearly three years together at the gym and soon became friends. Karan’s first marriage ended in divorce and he later fell in love with Nidhi Seth and after a long relationship, the two got married on Sunday, January 24, 2021, at a Sikh Gurdwara in Delhi.

In an interview, Nidhi talked about her marriage and said,
We had a few dates lined up, one of which was in December. However, we didn’t want to go through 2020 again, so we decided to shoot in January 2021. We looked it up online and found that January 24th was an auspicious date. I realized that I hadn’t shot on that day, which was another reason we chose that date (laughs!).”

She started her career as a model and has acted in many television commercials like Max, Vimal Edible Oil, Renault, ICICI Bank, LG and Rasna.
At the age of 16, she made her debut in the Hindi television series Mohalla Mohabbat Wala (2006). She has acted in several television series such as Ssshhhh… Phir Koi Hai (2006), Sangam (2007), Kissmet Ka Khel (2008), Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran (2019), and Mere Dad Ki Dulhan (2019). She also acted in the Hindi horror film 1921 in 2018. She has appeared in various YouTube videos on the channel “Hott Studios” along with Karan Veer Mehra.
