Nitin Rawal was born on Wednesday, 4 September 1996 (27 years old; as of 2023) in Baapauli village, Panipat district, Haryana. His zodiac sign is Virgo. He started playing cricket as a child but eventually switched to kabaddi with the encouragement of his family.
Over time, Nitin Rawal improved his skills and started participating in local tournaments in his village. His talent came to notice during the Under-14 and Under-17 Kabaddi Championships and hence he was selected by national coach JP Singh at the SAI (Sports Authority of India) center in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
