many piece On August 29, the Straw Hat Pirates announced the new bounty for Chapter 1058. The bounties for Zoro, Jinbei and Sanji all exceeded 1 billion, and fans were very excited. Nico Robin himself almost reached this level.
It’s been a long time since Zoro regained his spot as the Straw Hats’ second-highest bounty, but he’s finally back and likely here to stay. He deserves it too, for the incredible feats he performed in Wano against the likes of Kaido and Jin.
Zoro vs Ohm
One of the best fights in Skypiea is undoubtedly Zoro’s fight with Orm. It’s unknown when Zoro discovered he could use his sword from a distance, but fans were surprised when the Straw Hat swordsman first used his 108-pound Phoenix Technique.
He swung his sword hard, creating an energy slash and effortlessly defeated Ohm. Zoro has the ability to fly and can easily evade opponents on land, which is a perfect skill for Zoro.
Sauron VS Monet
Zoro is certainly not Sanji, which is a mistake Monet made when evaluating him. Since Darcy had always believed that others would look down upon her because she was a woman, especially Zoro, Monet thought she was telling the truth.
While Zoro said there were some things he didn’t want to delete, he wasn’t going to stand by and let Monet have his way. Zoro uttered a terrifying word that froze Monet, then he attacked, splitting her in half with one blow. In the many battles in the new world, Sauron’s strength is far from being revealed.
Sauron VS Kaku
The battle with CP9 in Eneis Hall was long and exciting. Zoro confronts Kaku in battle, who possesses the Zoan Devil Fruit power that allows him to transform into a giraffe.
As the battle pushes Zoro to his limits, he demonstrates one of his best techniques piece——Nine Sword Styles of Demonic Qi: Asura. He uses this technique multiple times throughout the series, even injuring Kaido with it.
Sauron VS Bounty Hunter
Sauron himself was a former bounty hunter, earning the nickname “Pirate Hunter” for hunting down pirates and turning over their bounties. In the past, Baroque Factory invited him to join, but he refused and cut off the people who sent him.
In the Whiskey Peak arc, Sauron faced bounty hunters again, this time effortlessly defeating all one hundred. This is a famous battle that made Sauron many people’s favorite character piece fan.
Zoro VS Ryoma
One of the unexpected and unique battles in One Piece is Zoro versus Ryoma, a zombie Ryoma with Brook’s shadow. Ryoma seems to lack most of his skills throughout his life, while Brooke has more, but better.
However, this was not enough to rival Sauron, who defeated him in an epic duel. This placed Sakai in Zoro’s hands, and the powerful black sword became Zoro’s signature sword for much of the series.
Zoro VS Degur Mihawk
Although the showdown between Zoro and Mihawk was far in Mihawk’s favor, with Zoro missing a single shot, it was still an exciting battle. Mihawk allowed Zoro to unleash all his abilities, but what Mihawk really admired was Zoro’s spirit.
It was enough for Mihawk to spare Zoro’s life. This fight provides the perfect send-off to Zoro’s journey, much like the beginning of Luffy’s journey with Shanks. The end of the battle still contains one of the most touching quotes from the Straw Hats: “I swear, I will never lose again!”
Sauron VS Killer
Zoro’s battle with the Slayer is less memorable in the manga, but in the anime, it’s beautifully animated, with bright visuals and intense animation reminding fans why Zoro is one of the most powerful swordsmen piece.
The battle was choreographed, with the Killer pinning Zoro violently as the Straw Hats fought with two blades. However, after being wounded by the killer’s scythe, Zoro picks up the weapon and uses it to perform ghost sword techniques, a scene that foreshadows Zoro’s “I will be the king of hell” scene to King.
Sauron VS Mr. No. 1
Zoro’s fight with Mr. One remains an incredibly memorable fight and one that is always discussed when fans talk about Zoro’s best fights. During this battle, Zoro reaches a state where he understands how different objects have “breathing” and he can choose what he wants to cut and what not to cut.
This understanding gave him the ability to cut steel, a skill needed to defeat Mr. One. When he cuts down Mr. One in an iconic scene, he thanks his opponent for pushing him to his limits and making him a swordsman.
Zoro VS Kaido
The duel between Supernova and the two emperors Kaido and Big Mom is undoubtedly one of the most exciting battles in Wano. Zoro himself is one of the most famous warriors of the battle, having both scared Kaido away and injured him.
As Zoro continues to fight, he unlocks the Conqueror’s Color Haki and engages in a brief epic duel with Kaido. The animation has been beautifully crafted and has left many fans in awe of Wano’s recent animations. The battle ends with Kaido completely shocked and with a new scar on his chest.
Sauron VS King
Sauron’s most exciting battle piece It also happens to be his most recent game against the Kings. The battle was long and terrible, and Sauron barely emerged victorious.
This battle takes on all the techniques Zoro has mastered to date and enhances Zoro’s mastery of Haki. Since Zoro’s previous battles were incredibly animated in the Wano story, there’s no doubt that Zoro vs. the King is one of the most anticipated animated battles in the series.
