Barbara Alyn Woods and John Lind, her husband of more than two decades, are divorcing.
The One Tree Hill The alum, 62, has been married to Lind since 1999, but the couple has been separated since November 2021, according to a divorce filing obtained by PEOPLE.
On May 24, almost three years after his separation from the actress, Lind officially filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. In the filing, Lind sought joint legal and physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter, Alyvia, which is consistent with an agreement the couple entered into in July 2022, in which they both agreed to joint legal and physical custody of Alyvia, who had was then 14 years old.
In their 2022 filing, Lind and Woods described themselves as separated since November 2021 due to irreconcilable differences, which “caused the irreparable breakdown of our marriage.”

Lind’s divorce filing earlier this month also calls for the court to end child support for both him and Woods.
A representative for Woods did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In addition to Alyvia, Woods and Lind also have daughters Natalie (23) and Emily (22), and all three girls are actresses.
Natalie is best known for her recurring roles in The Goldbergs and Gothamwhile Emily landed a starring role on HBO Max Gossip girl reboot and recently starred in Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire with McKenna Grace.
Alyvia played a young Dolly Parton in a TV movie Coat in many colorsand later acted in Young and restless and currently stars on AMC Chucky series.

Woods and Lind first met on set Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Showwhere she played matriarch Diane Szalinski, and he was assistant director from 1997 to 2000.
Woods is best known for playing Deborah “Deb” Scott on One Tree Hill from 2003-2009, and later in its final season in 2012. She also appeared on the USA Network primetime soap opera in 1993 Eden, and had roles in shows like Housewives, The Goldbergs and Chucky.

Neither of them has publicly commented on the divorce, but Lind has not appeared on Woods’ Instagram for some time, although she often posts photos with her daughters.
Last weekend, days before Lind filed for divorce, Woods got back at her One Tree Hill roots in Wilmington, North Carolina, for a charity basketball game where several cast members gathered, including her on-screen son James Lafferty, daughter-in-law Bethany Joy Lenz and husband Paul Johansson.
“Most EPIC GAME! Go RAVENS!!! 💙💙💙#OTH lives in my heart ALWAYS AND FOREVER 💙💙💙,” she captioned a post from the visit.
