He was also a former entertainment host at Camp Villamar and a drive-time DJ on Fresh Radio.
Graham’s brother Anthony said he was “absolutely heartbroken”.
“My younger brother Graham sadly passed away this afternoon,” he said on Wednesday.
“As you can imagine, this is the most devastating news not only for me and our family, but for everyone who knew and loved him.
“My little brother will always be in my heart.”
Dozens of distraught friends have paid tribute to Graham – believed to be in his late 50s – who described him as a “major figure in Benidorm life”.
Bambi Dhami said: “Not only was he a huge part of Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun and a truly brilliant character on the programme.
“He was a really great guy too. Forever on film Graham. Your memory will live on.”
Another friend said: “So sad and shocked to hear Graham Boland of ‘Happy Days’ has died.
“What a lovely guy…a legend in Benidorm. RIP Graham, you will be sadly missed by many.”
Others said they were “exhausted beyond belief and heartbroken”.
Channel 5’s Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun follows the lives of Brits who move to Benidorm for the cheap life in the sun.
Graham last appeared on the show in April last year – welcoming the new love into his life with a pooch.
He was a guest on the show for 10 years when he was the manager of the Villamar camp, and later as the owner of his bar Happy Days.
In September of last year, he announced that he would no longer be filming.
He said: “Well after 10 years of filming Bargain Brits I’ve finally finished… I’ve loved every minute of it.
“But filming Gay Pride in Benidorm was the ultimate day…thanks to everyone who cheered and shouted my name.
“I would just like to thank the entire film and production team over the years.
“We had a ball… I hope you all enjoyed the trip as much as I did.”
In one of his last posts on Monday, he revealed that Happy Days had sold out on its first day of serving roast dinners on Sunday.
