Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover Reveal Their Comfort Movies — Including Who Will Watch The Holiday 'in July'

The star of ‘Southern Charm’ told his girlfriend from ‘Letnikovac’ about their first meeting: “I just knew you were my person. I didn’t know why then. I thought ‘I’m going to marry that girl'”

Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover put their relationship knowledge to the test!

While solving the Elite Daily “Couples Quiz,” Summer house star and her boyfriend from Southern charm gave fans a deeper look into their romance — including the fun tidbits each brings to the table.

DeSorbo, 31, began the questions by asking Conover, 34, what she considered her “first impression” of him. The Sewing Down South co-founder joked that he was “the hottest man alive” before retracting her statement and honestly replying: “I think you probably said ‘He’s kind of sweet and cute and stupid.’

“Yeah, I thought you were really loud and like you took over the room,” DeSorbo agreed, adding that she “ran away” after they first met.

As for Conover’s initial impression of his girlfriend, DeSorbo joked that she was sure he had “never seen someone as classy and elegant and beautiful and witty and down-to-earth” as she was until they met.

“I didn’t really think any of that,” Conover interrupted with a grin. “I just knew you were my person. I didn’t know why then. I thought ‘I’m going to marry that girl’.”

The couple continued to share things that each other couldn’t live without. According to DeSorbo, Conover will never give up “soup or cheese” while Conover claimed that his love of fashion cannot live without an “outfit”.

“Well, yes, like any human, they must be clothed,” she said in a dead voice.

After discussing their zodiac signs, they delved into the inspiration for their names, with Conover saying he uses his father William’s middle name and Giggly Squad Podcast host reveals her parents were modeled after Nicollette Sheridan’s character on the ’80s primetime soap Landing nodes.

When asked about their emotional cues, Conover said he can always “tell” his girlfriend is “crazy” if she takes out her own trash. “It drives me crazy,” he added.

She agreed and laughed, “If you see me carrying my own suitcase, I’m mad about something because I don’t need a man to do something for me. So I’m going to lift 200 lbs. coffin just to emphasize.”

While DeSorba’s statements may be a little more subtle, she said Conover will usually “say you’re mad” if he’s upset about something. “You don’t have similar signs,” she said before he remarked, “Yes, I am communicating.”

Elsewhere, Conover said he likes to watch “anything Christmas” and will even “watch Christmas movies” as Rest “in July” — though DeSorbo admitted, “That’s not my vibe.”

The fashion influencer, however, vibrates with My cousin Vinnywhich she shares is her ultimate comfort film.

Stepping into character at the end of one of Marisa Tomei’s signature speeches from her Oscar-winning 1992 legal comedy, DeSorbo recited, “I’m asking you, do you care what kind of pants this son of a bitch you’ve been wearing?”

DeSorbo later confirmed that her “celebrity crush” was not Conover but Jon Hamm, and Conover revealed that his favorite episode Southern charm record was the Sewing Down South Christmas party or “anywhere you’re around”.

The couple concluded their questions and answers by exchanging the language of love.

“I’m a black cat, I like attention, and then I like you to leave me alone,” DeSorbo joked as Conover revealed that his language consists of “quality time and physical touch.”

“What is the most difficult thing for you to give?” he asked. She shyly admitted, “Words of confirmation.”
