Paridhi K. Adani (also known as Paridhi Karan Adani) was born as Paridhi Shroff (maiden name) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on Monday, June 12, 1989 (age 33; as of 2022). Her zodiac sign is Gemini. Paridhi attended Bombay Scottish School in Mahim, Mumbai (till Class 10). She studied commerce in class 11 and 12 from HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Paridhi is a lawyer and is associated with the Maharashtra and Goa Bar Councils. Paridhi began her summer legal career in May 2011 at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, an international law firm headquartered in New York City. She worked there for about three months and then resigned from her position at the company. In July 2013, Paridhi joined her family firm Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co as a partner. After her grandmother’s death, the company was divided into two companies: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. Paridhi started working as a Senior Manager at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in Ahmedabad in May 2015. Three years later, she was promoted to the company’s chief manager.

Over the years, Paridhi has gained extensive experience in advising clients in the infrastructure sector, particularly in the areas of renewable energy, logistics and urban infrastructure. With the rapid pace of digitization, Paridhi also addresses clients’ digital needs, including transition to cloud-based platforms, compliance with new technology regulations, and related consulting. Paridhi also advises on numerous matters related to mergers and acquisitions (including public M&A transactions), joint ventures, and collaborations and corporate governance across various industries. She also looks after domestic and international clients, advising them on the Indian regulatory regime applicable to such transactions, particularly in relation to foreign investments in India. Paridhi advises clients on issues related to workforce and employee databases, including contract, exit and statutory compliance issues. Paridhi has assisted and advised various Indian and foreign clients, large institutions, conglomerates, technology-based start-ups and public sector entities on the evolving regulatory and legal framework surrounding their operations and activities in India. She is also involved in drafting long-term commercial contracts.

In October 2020, Paridhi and her father Cyril Shroff bought a sea-view apartment in Oberoi Realty’s Three Sixty West project on Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli, Mumbai for Rs 3,633 crore. Earlier, they jointly owned two other flats in the same building worth Rs. 74.66 Crores. Two of their apartments are on the 38th floor of a 65-story tower, and their third apartment is on the 37th floor of the same tower.
