The stars and real-life pals made the case for hooking up with your BFF at an event in New York City, reminding us why they’re one of Hollywood’s most memorable duos.

In a bold and colorful fashion move, Hilton, 43, wore a red floral Oscar de la Renta mini dress. She added matching red shoes and a red clutch.
Richie (43) maintained an understated elegance in a long black leather backless dress, which she teamed with black heels.
It’s their first time attending the glamorous affair together (Hilton has never attended while Richie has attended twice — in 2005 and 2013) and they presented the American Fashion Designer of the Year award during tonight’s ceremony to Luar’s Raul Lopez, which she hosted Cynthia Erivo and paying tribute to Erykah Badu among several other fashion stars.

This was a good year for A simple life the couple, who had a busy summer filming the reboot for the series, which premiered 11 years ago.
Not many details have been released about the two’s return to the small screen, but photos of them working at Sonic Drive-In and matching pageant looks (surprisingly done on separate occasions) hinted at the possible antics fans can expect from their return.
