It comes just weeks after he was seen looking away from his Netflix character as he braved the rain in a chunky cream fleece.
In the latest pictures, Paul is seen flashing his chest tattoos as he soaks up the sun in the UK capital.
He had a green sweater tied around his waist and a cream t-shirt draped over his arm as he walked the streets in a pair of dark jeans.
The movie star looked content as he walked through the busy area in bare trainers, holding a lighter in his other hand.
Later in the day, when the summer weather cooled, he wrapped his sweater around his shoulders and headed for the ATM.
He was seen tapping his phone while waiting for the funds to be disbursed.
Later in the day, he was seen looking rather more serious as he stepped out in a red sports jersey and checked trousers.
Paul appeared serious as he raced down the road, clearly intent on getting his work done as friends admitted they feared he was on a “downward spiral”.

They told MailOnline of his appearance in north London and said: “It’s heartbreaking. He’s a mess.
“His strange behavior causes real problems. He often seems dazed and out of it.
“He was arguing with the local people. He walks around and makes noise.
“We are all very worried. He had a big fight in Tesco a few weeks ago.
“He lives like he’s on another planet. He’s been in public topless. He’s struggling to walk.”
Another friend then added to the publication: “It’s a real downward spiral. He’s gotten worse in the last few weeks.”
BIG SCREEN
It comes as rumors swirl around the cast of Peaky Blinders.
Cillian Murphy, who plays Arthur Shelby’s brother Tommy, will reprise his role.
Writer Steven Knight confirmed that filming will begin in September and said: “He [Cillian] definitely coming back for it.”
However, South London-born Paul’s place in the film has not been confirmed, with concerns that his current behavior could mean he is not ready.
COURT HEARING
It comes after Paul was also in court in January for possession of crack cocaine.
He was allegedly found with the Class A drug after leaving the disabled toilet at his local pub in Hampstead, north London, on Boxing Day.
At the time, his lawyer told the court: “He is often recognized and goes out of his way to please fans of the show by getting into character.
“They recognized him that Boxing Day and he tried to play for those people.
“And because of the lifestyle he leads, people often encourage him.”
Arthur Shelby took a Coke and drank heavily on a fictional TV show.
SAD SPLIT
We previously reported that Paul recently split from his jewelry designer girlfriend Steph Clark.
The Sun exclusively told how the duo ended their romance before Paul was charged with possession of the Class A drug in December.
Their relationship was kept low-profile and the couple never spoke about each other in public.
At the time, a source said: “Paul and Steph broke up a while ago and long before he got into trouble with the police.
“She is busy with her own life and wants only the best for him.
“It has been difficult for Paul, but those around him are confident that he will get back on his feet.”
