The robbery of weapons Amir Khan was so scary that he no longer lives in the UK.
38 -year -old – one of the best and most beloved British boxers – had an hour of £ 72,000, he was seized by a masked striker on the streets of East London in April 2022.

The gun was focused on Khan’s face – in front of the terrified wife Faryal – before the robbers asked for his diamond -harmonized front -ended clock.
Two men – Dante Campbell and Ahmed Ban – later declared themselves guilty of plotting for robbery and possession of an imitation firearm.
The ban has been in prison for nine years and eight months – while Campbell was closed for seven years and nine months.
The clock was also returned by the police.
But the attack was so scary that Khan moved to Dubai with his wife and three children – Lamais, ten, Alayna, six and Muhammad Zaviyar, four.
Khan said to Sunsport in Uae, “Look, I can walk around carrying anything, doing anything.
“I can leave the car door open, it’s just so safer here. I think the law is much more stricter, I think people like us need.
“Look, I was in cafes, in places where people started fighting and they said something even before you find out, there is a gang of people out there.
“I don’t need it in my life – I’m a retired fighter. I’ve struggled all my life, it doesn’t make sense to start fighting on the streets or getting into problems.
“Then there was a crime with a weapon, I just wanted to give a clock and said, ‘Well, what do you want? Do you want a watch? There, go, take.’

“It’s not my skin from my nose. I returned an hour, and the poor guys got about 12 years between four. Look, that’s what it is, the law always makes up for you.
“I think it’s a message to people, don’t steal, don’t wear a weapon because you’ll be punished when you are caught.”
Khan – who once reigned as a worldwide champion in a slight weight – and his brother Haroon attacked six men in Birmingham in 2012.
They say the couple fought against potential thieves, who were allegedly trying to steal Khan’s Range Rover of £ 125,000.
Khan was involved in another street fight in 2017 in Manchester, when the group attacked him during an incident on the road.
And after a weapon robbery, Khan and his family remained too terrible to stay in the UK.
He said, “Imagine that time I had my own children with you. My wife was with me. Even she hates to be around or go to places.

“We are invited to events in the UK and such things and I have to put down a lot because I just don’t know what can happen.
“It’s sad to say, but look, I still love the UK. The safest I feel Bolton, where I live, my hometown. I know everyone there and everyone knows me.
“Only when you leave the city, sometimes it becomes a little scary, do you just not know what can happen, do not know the area so well, do not know people there.
“It simply becomes a little scary and recognize you wherever you leave, people know you, you will always be attention to places wherever you go. It makes it a little hard and scary.”
Despite Khan’s robbery, he remains one of the most famous British fighters.
He retired in 2022 after the defeat of Kell Brook – but only now shows the respect that he rightly deserves after hanging gloves.
Khan said, “I thank all the fans, honestly. I boxed for a very long time, literally all my life.
“When you retreat, then you realize that you were a great champion for the UK. I laid some great fights on television at home.
“I had great times, fans in the UK, I love them and were amazing.”
