An old photo of elephants drinking water has been circulating again and has intrigued everyone.
There are a number of posts on the internet that are not only interesting, but often leave people scratching their heads. This image involving several elephants is one such share. There is a chance that the article will intrigue you.
IFS officer Susanta Nanda posted the photo on Twitter. “How many elephants are in the picture?” he wrote when the painting was published. However, this is not the first time the photo has caused a stir.
It was originally captured by wildlife photographer Gyaan Dixit in 2019 in Jim Corbett National Park. He posted the photo on the Twitter profile of his NGO WildLense Eco Foundation, which then went viral.
Since it was shared two days ago, the post has garnered more than 2,300 likes and continues to grow. The sharing has also prompted some responses from people. Some of them tried to answer the question. Others said the click looks great.
Did you find the right number of elephants? If not, then this post by Nanda, which she shared while replying to her own tweet, should help. “@WildLense_India it took almost 1400 clicks in an odd 20 minutes to get this perfectly synchronized photo of 7 elephants having a drink. It is almost impossible to do. And only a few understand it. The scenes are really great,” he shared.
Video last shared in 2020 also shows seven elephants walking away after drinking water:
