In 2017, she participated in the Asian Lawn Bowl Championships and won the gold medal in the women’s trio. In 2022, she won the women’s quadruple gold medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

- Pinki is coached by former cricket umpire Madhukant Pathak.
- After completing her cricket course at National Sports Institute, Patiala, she started working as a cricket coach at Delhi Public School RK Puram in 2005.
- She became interested in lawn bowling in 2007 when she saw players at her school practicing.
- The school principal said in an interview that she was proud of Pinki for winning the gold medal. She further added,
I met her before her trip (to Birmingham) and she was full of confidence. Before leaving, she told me “Iss baar toh kuchh lekar aaungi (I will not leave empty-handed this time)”.
- Her colleagues said in interviews that she had COVID-19 and suffered a knee injury that prevented her from training normally. Her colleague Mandeep Tiwani said of her:
I have seen her drive and focus towards the sport since she started representing India. No matter what personal turmoil she went through, training always came first. “
