Porsha Williams Calls Out Simon Guobadia's 'Erratic Conduct' After He Claims She Brought Gunman to Their House

Porsha Williams is speaking out against her estranged husband Simon Guobadia after he responded to her divorce filing with new demands.

In a motion Guobadia filed Monday, obtained by PEOPLE, he stated that The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 42, “left” their shared home but later returned with “a man visibly carrying a gun for unknown reasons [him].”

The incident reportedly took place on March 21, and police were called to the scene to “maintain peace,” the statement said.

Williams filed a response to Guobadia’s request on Monday. In the documents, obtained by PEOPLE, she denied her estranged husband’s claims, calling them “false statements and allegations” that “deliberately misrepresent the reality of the situation.”

In his motion, Guobadia alleged that Williams, 42, directed “third parties” to harass him “in order to force” him and others out of the Georgia home. He also alleged that Williams invited an “armed assailant” into their home on two separate occasions.

However, in her response, Williams argued that “there was no need for prior discussions with the wife, since there was a clear prenuptial agreement that required the husband to vacate the marital residence by March 22, 2024. The wife further indicates that after learning that the husband there are more women in the matrimonial home, she no longer felt comfortable staying in the home with her minor child.”

Elsewhere in the complaint, Guobadia alleged that Williams, her mother and her mother’s partner “forcefully entered” the home on March 24 to disable security cameras and “tumble with items and evidence.” (PEOPLE reached out to the Gwinnett County Police Department for confirmation, but did not hear back.)

In her response, Williams claimed that “the parties always had personal security” and that both of their security teams “cooperated and worked together while both were on the premises.”

Guobadia further claimed Williams’ behavior was “erratic, unstable, threatening and disturbing” to the home’s staff and their child after filing for divorce, prompting Guobadia to seek a restraining order against his estranged wife.

Williams claimed she returned to their shared residence on March 21 to “get her daughter’s bathing items” and again on March 24 “to secure her personal items.”

“Parties have always had personal insurance, as such it is unclear why [Guobadia] is trying to push a false narrative that even minimally suggests that [Williams] returned to the matrimonial residence with any nefarious intentions,” the response states.

During the second case on March 7, Williams claimed she went to the home and brought “personal insurance for her own safety in light of [Guobadia’s] erratic behavior, including hosting multiple strangers who were unknown [her].” She also claimed that he repeatedly denied her access to her home and has since fled the country to Dubai.

In her response, Williams noted that Guobadia allegedly refuses to abide by the terms of their prenuptial agreement and asked that the court deny Guobadia’s request and award her sole ownership of their home, given Guobadia’s “erratic behavior.”

She also requested that Guobadia be ordered to pay her attorney fees as she “has incurred and will continue to incur substantial attorney fees and litigation expenses for the defense [his] Movement.”

In February, PEOPLE confirmed that the couple filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage.

The news of their split comes as rumors about Guobadia’s status as a citizen circulate online. However, at the time, a source told PEOPLE that the divorce was “not related to the recent allegations involving Simon’s past” and that the cause of their split was an “ongoing matter.”

Williams, 42, and Guobadia, 59, said “I do” in November 2022 in a Nigerian traditional indigenous law and custom ceremony followed by an American ceremony in Atlanta.

The couple announced their engagement in May 2021 after a month of dating. “Yes, we are madly in love,” Williams wrote alongside a selfie with Guobadia. “I know it’s fast, but every day we live life to the fullest. Every morning and every night I choose happiness.”

Guobadia echoed Williams’ sentiments, telling his followers that he asked her to marry him “because we checked off ALL the boxes for each other and then some.”
