The Powerpuff Girlsthe CW’s live-action adaptation The Powerpuff Girls, revealed the show’s logo on the first day of filming. Based on Cartoon Network’s beloved series created by Craig McCracken, “Reincarnation” stars the superheroes Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. The cast stars as disillusioned twenty-somethings who wish they hadn’t missed out on a normal childhood fighting crime. The CW first announced in August 2020 that the series was in development.
The pilot gained even more attention in March when its three leads were revealed: Dove Camerondescendants franchise) as Bubbles, Chloe Bennett (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) as Blossom and Yanna Perrault (Broadway Jagged little pill) as Buttercup. The filmmaker shared a photo of her director’s chair, which is adorned with what appears to be the series’ new logo. Embossed with the same vintage capital letters as the original title and using a pastel version of the girl’s signature colour, The Powerpuff Girls The design pays homage to classic cartoons.

The Powerpuff Girls It seems to pay homage to its predecessor in as many ways as possible. While its story setting is darker than many fans may have watched as kids, the pilot is a reminder of everything that made the cartoon iconic. Fans of Berlanti’s poetry will no doubt be delighted to see Kiley directing the first episode The Powerpuff Girls.The creative has a proven track record of producing exceptional entertainment for production banners, having directed films such as Riverdale, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and katy keene. In 2019, Kelly signed a major exclusive deal with Warner Bros. Television to direct and produce and develop new content for the studio.
