The exam will be held on May 7, 2023, and the results will be announced on June 13, 2023. A senior NTA official said that if two candidates have the same score, the ranking will be decided according to the tie rule, i.e. the candidate with higher score will get higher marks in biology than other subjects. If the biological markers are also the same, the rule applies to chemistry and then to physics. If the scores remain the same, older candidates receive higher rankings. Although Bora Varun Chakravarthi got the same marks as him, he remained at the second position as per the NEET tiebreaker policy.
