Pradeep Gawande was an MBBS doctor before passing the civil services examination in 2012. Pradeep Gawande secured All India Rank 478 in UPSC Civil Services Examination 2012. He is a 2013 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre. After completing his training, he was appointed Assistant Collector at Bundy. In 2015, he served as Assistant Secretary in Fertilizer and SDM Department, Dholpur. From November 2016 to May 2018, Pradeep Gawande served as the CEO of Jodhpur Zilla Parishad. He served as the CEO of Bikaner Municipal Council from April 2018 till February 2020. He started serving as District Collector in Churu on July 2, 2020, and served till January 6, 2021. Pradeep Gawande was appointed as Managing Director of RSLDC on January 4, 2021 and will work there till October 2021. Pradeep Gawande has been appointed as Director, Archeology and Museums, Rajasthan from March 2022.

Pradeep Gawande’s name is involved in a bribery case in 2021. Three teams of the Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested Rahul Kumar Garg, manager and Ashok Sangwan, coordinator of the Rajasthan Skills and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) while receiving a bribe of Rs 5 lakh. Pradeep Gawande was the CEO of RSLDC at the time of the bribery incident. ACB Director General BL Soni mentioned at the press conference that Pradeep was invited to be questioned in the bribery case. He said,
We invited RSLDC Managing Director Pradeep Gawande for enquiry. He put a number of specific questions to him, including why the license for a particular form of training was cancelled, and if so, under what circumstances the process for granting a license would be started again. “

- Tina Dabi, who belongs to the Dalit community, topped the Civil Services Examination in 2015. She hit the headlines again in 2018 when she fell in love with her teammate, IAS officer Athar Aamir Khan; the two got married in the same year. However, they separated in 2021 and officially divorced in the same year.
