Profession
In 1995, he joined the Jawaharlal Nehru Youth Centre and subsequently started working as a journalist. He worked as a print journalist for Amar Ujala for nearly two years. In 1998, he started working in the electronic media sector by joining Sahara Samay (news channel) as a local news reporter in Meerut. In 2000, he started working with Rajat Sharma’s show ‘Aaj Ki Baat’ and worked there for nearly four years. In 2004, he joined Aaj Tak and worked there for a decade. In 2014, just before the Lok Sabha elections, he rejoined Rajat Sharma’s India TV as an editor. In late December 2014, he left India TV and joined News India 18 as a senior editor.
