Moore and Goldsmith announced they were expecting a daughter last month on Instagram – in a nod to the actress’ on-screen children in This is us.

Alongside a photo of Gus and Ozzie holding hands and wearing ‘Big’ and ‘Middle’ t-shirts respectively, the star wrote: ‘Sometimes life imitates art.’

“Third in our very own big three soon,” she continued in the caption. “Can’t wait for these boys to get a little sister. 💓💓💓.”

While speaking with PEOPLE earlier this month, A walk to Remember star said that as the parents transition into a three-child household, they’re just enjoying where their family is right now.

“It’s so much fun,” she told PEOPLE. “I know parents like to say it only gets better, but I really believe it does. We have one who is obviously potty trained and the other is still in diapers, but they are only 20 months apart so they are just starting to interact with each other.”

“My husband. We looked at each other the other day and said, ‘This is a good phase.’ But also recognizing parenthood, it’s an ebb and flow,” Moore continued. “You can’t get used to anything because as soon as you kind of digest it and say, ‘Oh, wow, we can handle that,’ then some other challenge comes your way.”
