They greeted well-wishers outside the church before returning to Sandringham for a Christmas feast.
Prince William beamed with pride despite Prince Louis appearing to break royal protocol by holding his cousin Mia’s hand.
Footage showed Prince Andrew hanging awkwardly from the side, while the rest of the royal family smiled and waved to fans.
Andrew is reportedly “totally tortured” because his name is “set to appear” in an unsealed document relating to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, it has been claimed.
It comes after a firm set up to manage the prince’s investments secured £210,000 worth of funding from a mystery donor.
His ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, made her first public appearance in years at Sandringham, walking alongside her ex-husband and smiling widely.
Posting on Twitter, Fergie said: “We enjoy each other’s company and feel grateful today.
“I hope you all have a wonderful day. Merry Christmas to all who celebrate and annual greetings to all.”
Andrew’s daughters were with their husbands, Princess Beatrice with Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi and Prince Eugenie with Jack Brooksbank.
The family is now returning from church for the traditional Christmas dinner.
The royal celebration of Christmas at Sandringham begins with breakfast.
The Queen’s former chef Darren McGrady has revealed that some members of the family speak full English – but that the “married women” take something lighter to their rooms.
Christmas lunch includes “shrimp or lobster salad” followed by turkey and Christmas pudding.
Earlier today, a private and intimate service was held for the royal family in the church, before the main service at 11am.
