DECLAN Donnelly delighted punters on New Year’s Eve with a dazzling rendition of Billy Joel’s Piano Man.
The I’m a Celeb star, 48, sang the song in a pub near Newcastle as regulars rang in 2024.

People in the pub were shocked when they saw Deca singing
Dec then invited the locals to return to his mother’s nearby home as the celebrations continued.
The footage shows the TV star in front of a microphone at The Bagder in posh Ponteland, Northumberland.
He joined local band The Optics for an impromptu rendition of the 1973 ballad.
The crowd cheered as he looked up the lyrics on his phone and sang, “Now John’s at the bar my friend…He brings me drinks for free…”

Revelers raised their glasses and joined in before cheering as his voice hit the high notes.
One punter said: “Dec was on New Year’s Eve with his family. They looked like they were having a great time.
“He is such a sweet person. Just like on TV.
“It was a fantastic atmosphere.
“He comes here often. His sister comes too. You could say that Dec is a regular guest and often sings for the New Year.”
But dad-of-two Dec didn’t stop there and brought the party back to his mum Annie’s home.
Dec grew up in a three-bed municipal house with his parents and six other brothers and sisters.
He repeatedly offered to buy mum Annie a new home as his career took off, but she refused and instead stayed in the £10,000 property.
Dec, dressed in a blue shirt, even posed in the kitchen for a selfie with one of the happy New Year’s partygoers.
The star enjoyed Christmas at home with his family after spending weeks in Australia filming I’m A Celebrity alongside Ant.
