Rachel Leviss goes spiritual.

In the latest episode of her podcast, Rachel goes roguethe Vanderpump Rules The alum discussed her time in rehab, which she entered for “mental health and trauma therapy,” and opened up about incorporating spirituality into her life, which included trying out the Mormon church.

“One of the things I discovered very early on when I applied to The Meadows [rehab facility] it was this component of spirituality that they brought into the therapy model,” Leviss, 29, explained.

Before entering a rehab center in California, she admitted that she “didn’t have a relationship with my higher power” and that she was “putting men in that position of my higher power, and I would look to them for answers.”

“I have now found a spiritual community here and it makes a big difference because these people are looking for something bigger than themselves,” she said.

Amid this revelation, Leviss recently revealed that she would like to go by the moniker “Rocky” instead of “Raquel” to leave her past identity behind.

“It’s just funny and sweet to me,” she explained on a previous episode of the podcast, adding that she introduced herself to someone at the Lightning in a Bottle “Rocky Rocky Bang Bang” festival.

“The name Raquel came from a place where I felt like I wasn’t worthy and wanted to be something I wasn’t,” Leviss continued. “So it came from an insecure place. I was trying to overcome a lot of social anxiety and I was trying to conform to what I thought other people wanted me to be.”

Leviss also used the name “Rocky” as a child while playing volleyball.

“You can say whatever you want about me. I like nicknames and I like to connect with different parts of myself,” she stressed. “And that doesn’t mean I have a whole new identity or anything. It just means that I am an integrated human being.”
