Radhika was born on November 11, 1986. She is 31 years old and hails from Mangalore, Karnataka. Her other famous name is Kutty Radhika. Apart from acting in different South Indian films, Radhika has also produced films such as “Anathary” and “Narasimha”. In 2017, she served as a judge on the TV show Dancing Boys (aired on Star Suvarna Plus channel).

But two years later, in 2002, Ratan died of a heart attack.

Her second marriage to HD Kumaraswamy was considered illegal because at the time of marrying Radhika, HD Kumaraswamy was already married and had a wife named Anitha. A PIL was also filed in the High Court against their marriage for violation of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
