Ramita Jindal was born on Friday, January 16, 2004 in Ladwa, Haryana (age 19, 2023). Her zodiac sign is Capricorn. She attended Agsain Public School in Kurukshetra. Ramita Jindal received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Hansraj College, Delhi University in 2024. She began her sports shooting journey when she was in eighth grade at the age of 13. During her school days, Ramita Jindal finished second and third in district and state level competitions, which earned her a spot in the national competition. She won a bronze medal in the CBSE National Championships in 2019 held at SS International School, Kunjpura Road, Karnal. Ramita won a bronze medal at the 2021-22 Junior World Championships in Lima, Peru, followed by a gold medal and two silver medals at the 2022 International Junior World Cup.
Ramita Jindal won several medals in 2022, including two gold medals in the women’s and team events of the 10m air rifle at the World Championships in Cairo. She also won a gold medal at the 2022 Baku World Cup team event and a silver medal at the 2022 Changwon World Cup team event.
In 2023, at the 19th Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China, Ramita Jindal won the individual bronze medal and team silver medal in the 10-meter air rifle event.
