Rasika Sunil Dabhadgaonkar is a Marathi actress, model and classical singer. She came into limelight for playing the negative role of ‘Shanaya’ in Zee Marathi’s ‘Mazhya Navryachi Bayko’.

She completed her primary and secondary education at a school in Dombivili and her high school education at Penderkar College. After completing her studies, she studied mass communication at BMM College in Mumbai. Rasika is a trained classical dancer with a Bharatnatyam diploma. She also composed compositions of Indian classical music Sangeet Visharad. While studying at BMM College, she attended an acting workshop, after which she became interested in theatre. Thereafter, she participated in various competitions such as Youth Festival and Rajya Natya Spardhas. Later, she started filming commercial dramas.
