Real Housewives of Miami Star Lisa Hochstein Finalizes Divorce from Ex Lenny 2 Years After His Initial Filing

It’s officially over between Lisa Hochstein and her ex Lenny Hochstein.

The former couple’s divorce has been finalized after 13 years of marriage, PEOPLE confirms. According to court documents, a judge signed off on the case on Nov. 15, declaring the couple legally single.

Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for their two children — son Logan, 8, and daughter Elle, 3 — and $10,000 a month for Elle when Logan turns 18. Lenny and Lisa were also ordered to follow the June 2023 marital settlement agreement and parenting plan they created on November 4, 2024.

The news was first reported by Lisa’s The Real Housewives of Miami actress Adriana de Moura at Bravo Fan Fest 2024 on Nov. 23 during the “Bravo Besties” panel.

The settlement comes two years after the couple confirmed their split and Lenny filed for divorce from RHOM star in May 2022, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

According to the filing, Lenny and Lisa signed a prenuptial agreement before they married in 2009, under the terms of which Lenny would pay spousal support to Lisa. Lenny also stated that he will “fully take care of all the children’s needs” and added that he would like to “share time often” with the children.

Shortly after announcing their divorce, Lenny confirmed to PEOPLE that he had become involved with model Katharina Mazepa, but denied that their relationship began before his marriage to Lisa ended.

“Nothing happened in between [Katharina and I] to [Lisa and I] decided on a divorce,” he said, “and Lisa was aware of my plans before anything happened between Katharine and me.”

In August, Lisa filed court documents alleging that Lenny was “financially strangling” her. The newspaper claimed that Lenny “retaliates by restricting [her] access to funds” whenever she “does not agree to each of them [his] demands” in the midst of their divorce, according to documents obtained by him Page six. (PEOPLE has confirmed the contents of the documents with Lisa’s team.) Lenny has denied the claims.

Just hours after Lisa’s financial suppression claims were filed, Katharina filed for a restraining order against Lisa. The restraining order, confirmed by PEOPLE, accuses Lisa of “making threatening phone calls, creating fake social media accounts and posting threatening and false statements.” Lisa denied the allegations.

In December, Lisa opened up about how she felt after Lenny told her their marriage was ending, telling PEOPLE, “It was a knife in the heart. My life completely changed in the blink of an eye — and I didn’t see it coming no matter what .”

The former couple was in the middle of filming RHOMthe fifth season when the cameras caught before and after Lenny’s decision.

“I still can’t imagine the day he told me he wanted out,” she recalled. “We slept in the same bed for the last 15 years until the day he dropped the bomb on me. And now, all of a sudden, he wanted out? I felt so blindsided.”

“He told me that night that I did everything I could to save my family,” she added. “I was crying, devastated, trying to talk him out of it, trying to ask him if we could go to therapy. What could we do? How can we change this? I was desperate—fighting the battle of my life. Hoping he would come and just woke up, but with a powerful man like Lenny, my journey was like David and Goliath.”

However, he denied her claims that their split was a surprise, telling PEOPLE: “I never hid anything from Lisa. She wasn’t blindsided by this, that’s completely false.”
