Rebecca Ryan, who portrayed Lydia Chambers in the renowned serial drama Coronation Street, is expecting her first child. Ryan revealed her pregnancy on social media by posting photographs of herself standing with a Christmas tree in sparkling attire. According to the caption,
“After marrying the guy of my dreams, I thought this year couldn’t get much better, but it turns out it can… I can’t wait till 2023 to become a mummy x.”
In one of the photos, she was seen smiling and seemed to be excited. This was followed by another picture of her clutching her baby belly. She wore minimal makeup and finished her outfit with black high heels. Her current husband is Dan Acraman. Best wishes from friends and family members filled the comments section.

Rebecca Ryan has taken on several positions throughout the years. However, she is most recognized for her portrayal of Lydia Chambers in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street. Lydia was Finn Chambers’ mother and an Underworld PA. She originally arrived as the PA for an Underworld customer and met Sarah Barlow, with whom she later became acquainted. Lydia had an ancient connection with her husband, Adam, according to the latter. Adam abandoned her when she got pregnant at the age of 19.
Out of envy, she also began a harassment campaign against the couple, intruding into their apartment and sending presents and threatening letters. She made a fake call, claiming that a firearm was found at Barlow Legal Services, which had been searched by authorities. The character first appears on December 10, 2021, and last appeared on March 23, 2019. Coronation Street initially debuted on ITV on December 9, 1960, and has now shown over 10,000 episodes.

Rebecca Ryan announced her marriage to Dan Acraman on Instagram in September of this year. Ryan posted a black-and-white photo of herself and her husband strolling while holding hands. Ryan was seen wearing a princess skirt, a satin bustier, and a pearl tiara. Acraman, on the other hand, was dressed to the nines in a black tuxedo. In the caption, she said that their wedding was the finest day of their life.

In the summer of 2018, Acraman proposed to Ryan and announced the news on social media. In February of this year, Lorraine Kelly, presenter of the ITV program Lorraine, questioned her about her wedding preparations, which were postponed twice because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Ryan went on to say that she and Acraman were looking for a venue.
“I’m hoping – we’re hoping to still be married this year, but we haven’t planned anything yet, so I need to see how it goes and actually get on with it.”
The 31-year-old has received praise for her roles in programs such as Harry and Cosh, Shameless, Holby City, Emmerdale, Monroe, DCI Banks, and others.
