Reese Witherspoon shares the advice of overcoming anxiety with its followers.
March 27, the actress, 48, posted a video on Instagram by sharing a message inspired by author Martha Beck, who just published a book called Out of anxiety: curiosity, creativity and finding the purpose of your life.
“I was with a friend last week and told me she was getting really nervous,” she started. “She’s in high school. We’re all nervous, isn’t it? It’s a stressful time. But I said, whenever you get nervous, you get out of your head and do your hands. Go do something. So I and I went and made chocolates.”
