RHOBH: Kyle Richards Breaks Down Proving Her Innocence to Dorit After Texting Her Estranged Husband PK (Exclusive)

Kyle Richards is reaching a breaking point.

Watch the Jan. 21 episode exclusively on PEOPLE The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsshoots the 56-year-old reality star after being confronted about her ongoing friendship with Dorit Kemsley’s estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley.

Although the Housewives are scheduled to have a healing day at the spa, their date is anything but peaceful when Kyle breaks down in tears while explaining the private text messages she sent Dorito’s husband.

“I want to say something and then I’m leaving, I don’t know how this all went wrong,” she tells the group as Dorit, 48, insists she sit down. “I don’t want to [sit down]really not. I can’t do this anymore. I can’t do this anymore. I really can’t.”

With tears in his eyes and veins sticking out of his forehead, Kyle turns to Dorit. “I love you and PK and your kids,” she says. “And you know it, I know you know it. I felt like I did something wrong, you know, I texted PK, so I said, I’ll read this once, and that’s it.”

After noticing that Bozoma “Boz” Saint John had made a “weird” comment about her intentions, Kyle reiterated that she had “nothing to hide” and volunteered to read her message to the entire group.

“He’s playing pranks in April. The next message isn’t until the day you broke up,” she says before reading from the phone. “I said, ‘I know you have a lot of friends, I’m one too. If you need me, I’ve never repeated anything you’ve shared with me and I wouldn’t’.”

Kyle then clarifies that she didn’t think she would be actively hiding things from Dorit if PK decided to confide in her. She points to the cameras surrounding them and claims she thought she wouldn’t share private details with production while they were filming the hit Bravo show.

Despite her emotional statement, Garcelle Beauvais isn’t convinced and points out several holes in Kyle’s on-camera confession.

“I don’t understand what her conversation with PK has to do with production,” explains Garcelle, 58. “So if you’re having a private conversation with someone and you want to say, ‘I’m never going to share what we talked about with production,’ you’d write ‘ with the production’ — and she didn’t.”

“Either way, it doesn’t look good because obviously that means it was more than just memes and jokes. Because if it’s memes and jokes, share them! And production likes to laugh,” she adds.

Kyle’s breaking point comes after she accused Dorit of being “too sensitive” with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, on last week’s RHOBH episode in the midst of texting drama.

“There was a whole rumor going around about Dorit liking Mo, and it was all over the internet,” she said. “She had to go defend this and this and that. So don’t even make me worry about sending stupid memes, okay?”

Later in the episode, Kyle told her co-stars that she refused to be cornered and had to defend herself, saying: “The fact that she’s trying to make it look like I’m [doing] anything inappropriate is disgusting. And I’m not going to get to a point in my life where I have to take out my phone and s—, because I’m an adult, and that’s a fucking joke.”

But when she read their lyrics aloud to the group, they too seemed confused by the recognition. “Wait a minute, this isn’t just about memes and jokes. This is a serious conversation,” Sutton Stracke told the cameras, while Garcelle added, “So they have shared things about Dorit or [their] relationship … So not everything is true.”
