The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Annemarie Wiley shares an update on her health.
On Sunday, Sept. 22, Wiley, 40, revealed in an Instagram clip that she was preparing for surgery after doctors discovered a “tumor” on her “gallbladder and gallstones.”
While seemingly walking on a treadmill, the reality star told the camera: “The gall bladder is going to come out very soon.”
“The surgeons were very concerned about the tumor on my liver, so we had an MRI last week and the MRI didn’t show any visible tumors or anything else,” she added.

“That was amazing news. The surgery is scheduled very soon. The gallbladder is going to come out, they’re going to send it to pathology and cut it out, look at it under a microscope and then we’ll know if it’s cancerous, malignant or benign non-cancerous, I’m super optimistic, the surgeons are super optimistic,” Wiley continued.
TV star — who revealed in March that she had not been called back for season 14 RHOBH after appearing in just one season — urged followers to “prioritize” their mental health in the clip, echoing that in the post’s caption.
“I can’t even begin to express how much your love and support means to me 💖 I feel strong and optimistic that this journey will soon be behind me with a positive outcome🙏🏽 If sharing my experience encourages even one person to listen to their body and advocate for themselves, that’s me brings so much joy,” she wrote.

Wiley — who has four children with former NFL defensive lineman Marcellus Wiley — continued: “Guys, prioritize your mental health and keep stress to a minimum – stress can do terrible things to our bodies! Focus on what nourishes you: exercise, meditate, stay off social media when necessary and remove toxic situations and people from your life. Your health is your most valuable asset, so protect it strongly 🤎.”
“I will keep you all informed. Thank you all for watching and lifting me up 🙏🏽💖”, concluded the media personality.
On August 19, Wiley revealed on Instagram that she had “received some alarming news,” without going into too many details at the time.
“I’m still processing everything, but I believe in the power of openness and transparency—especially when it comes to our health,” her caption reads.

The update on Wiley’s health comes after she told PEOPLE in April that she was feeling “amazing” a month after revealing she had been fired RHOBH.
“I feel so good. I’m in a great space,” she said.
Wiley continued, “I have so many super exciting things coming up that are really in line with who I am, like really positive, inspirational and motivational things…people are going to see who I am, and I’m really excited about that.”
