When Rebecca Minkoff was in a difficult situation with breastfeeding, her husband Gavin Bellour did not hesitate to come to her aid.
In the episode of October 22 The Real Housewives of New YorkThe 42-year-old fashion designer revealed that the director once pumped her milk in an emergency situation when she was unable to express milk.
During a bachelorette trip to Erin Lichy’s Hamptons home, Rebecca admitted to feeling “dehydrated” despite drinking water to boost milk production while still breastfeeding her fourth child, Leonard Scout.

“There’s nothing worse than not emptying. It’s so embarrassing,” she sighed as her colleague Sai de Silva agreed, “It’s so painful.”
“One time Gavin and I went to a club in Paris and I got that feeling,” Rebecca recalled. “And I said, ‘Y— honey, you’re going to have to fix me. We’re going to the bathroom right now. You have to let me go.’ And he took one for the team.”
After that gesture, she added that Gavin “spit out” the contents. Although she welcomed Leonard a year ago, Rebecca revealed that she has no intention of slowing down breastfeeding.

While pumping in the shared room with Jessel Taanka, the reality star shared how she likes to breastfeed her children for as long as possible.
“It was my third [for] three years,” she told Jessel, who looked shocked.[He] came up and said: ‘Mom, sissy!’
After marrying in June 2009, Rebecca and Gavin had four children: Luca, 12, Bowie, 10, Nico, 5, and Leonard, 19 months.
