Robert F Kennedy Jr was born on January 17, 1954 in Washington, DC to Robert and Ethel Kennedy. He is the third of Robert F. Kennedy’s eleven children. He is the nephew of former US President John F. Kennedy, Joseph P. Kennedy and P. Kennedy, Senator.
He was 14 years old when his father was killed, and he learned about it while attending his then-preparatory school, Georgetown Preparatory School. He also lost his uncle, John F. Kennedy, in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963, when he was only nine years old.
