STRICT HEART

He spoke about his forced exit due to back surgery.

– It was probably for health and safety reasons, if something happened, but I was physically ready.
Robin has also worked closely with the Sane Charity, a helpline that supports those struggling with their mental health.
He previously told the charity: “After four amazing years on the show, I had a bit of an accident on my back and had to have an operation and ended up losing my job on Strictly.
“It was probably the worst thing that could have ever happened to me because it took away what I loved most. I loved being on Strictly more than anyone who was there.”
