Rochelle Humes surprises fans as she reveals unlikely friendship with chart-topping singer as they holiday together

ROCHELLE Humes stunned fans by revealing her close friendship with a fellow pop star on her lavish New Year’s holiday.

Singer Saturdays (35) recently stripped down to a black bikini during her holiday in the Maldives with her husband Marvin (39) and their children.

However, mum-of-three Rochelle was then holiday-shamed as she took twelve trips abroad in 2024 as she detailed her “unconventional” Christmas plans.

Now the Up singer has revealed her big celebrity pal – chart star Jessie J, 36, and her partner in a jovial holiday snap.

Her picture saw the group, which included Jessie, her boyfriend Chanan Colman and other friends paddling in the sea – as they flashed huge smiles.

Jessie also posted a picture on her page with the words: “Indecisive time and great company.

“Seeing 2025 the right way. Blessed in ways I could never have imagined.”

Another picture saw Rochelle, Jessie and pal Lindsey Phillips getting glammed up as they headed out for dinner.

Girl-strip icon Rochelle – who has since turned to TV presenting with work on ITV’s This Morning – wore a black Miu Miu designer vest and wore her hair in natural waves.

She opted for natural make-up – as did Price Tag singer Jessie – who wore a black dress and gold earrings.

Jessie also shared a loved-up snap of Rochelle and Marvin cuddling up on the beach.

Fans were quick to comment on the snaps, with one posting: “Looks like a beautiful trip.”

Another posted: “Beautiful.”

JLS star Marvin then commented: “What an amazing journey. We are blessed.”

In her own Instagram feed, Rochelle revealed her 2025 start.

She wrote: “Heart full.. the beginning of 2025 with the right incentive.

“Family, friends and memories to cherish. @weareladieswholaunch has landed, we’re about to embark on year 5 of @mylittlecoco in style. Rested and ready to take off.

“@kurumba_maldives Thank you for the best time (not a commercial, Marv played here on NYE and they were SUCH hosts).”

Marvin and Rochelle Humes Career Highlights

Singers and presenters Marvin and Rochelle Humes are achieving success both together and individually. Here are some of their biggest highlights.

S Club Junior/S Club 8: Early in her career, Rochelle was a member of this spin-off group S Club 7. All of the original members were either in their early teens or younger when they joined the band. They broke up in 2005.
VS: The brainchild of Blue singer Simon Webbe, Marvin before JLS who performed in this group from 2004 to 2005. Although not a member himself, Webbe also managed the band.
The Saturdays: Rochelle joined the Anglo-Irish girl band in 2007, alongside Frankie Bridge, Vanessa White, Una Healy and Mollie King, after auditions. The group went on an indefinite hiatus in 2014, although all members have moved on to other endeavors.
JLS: After leaving VS, Marvin met Oritsé Williams through mutual friends, forming the beginning of what became JLS. Adding Aston Merrygold and JB Gill, the group famously auditioned for The X-Factor in 2008. JLS finished as runners-up to Alexandra Burke and disbanded in 2013. They later reunited from 2020 onwards.
This Morning: The pair were regular presenters on the ITV daytime show until 2015.
The Voice: Marvin hosted series three to five of The Voice alongside Emma Willis on BBC One. The show was later moved to BBC One, without Marvin continuing.
Hit List: Marvin and Rochelle started presenting this music-themed game in 2019. Both civilians and celebrities participated in the program’s success.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!: Marvin starred in the hit series in 2023. He starred alongside Josie Gibson, Tony Bellew, Nigel Farage and Fred Sirieix. In the end, Sam Thompson was crowned king of the jungle.

HOLIDAY SHAME

Fans were quick to call Rochelle and Marvin’s 12th trip 2024 when the stars began documenting their trip on Instagram.

One person was quick to ask why moving to their new £5m home wasn’t enough to keep them in the UK.

They said, “Do you go away every year? I thought after building your nice home you would want to stay home.”

In response, Rochelle said that once the renovations on the property were finished, the new building they had torn down and rebuilt, they might be more inclined to make the most of it.

She replied, “When it’s ready, that might be a different story.”
