Rumer Willis is celebrating her birthday by taking part in the “shame” trend that has taken social media by storm.
As she turned 36 on Friday, August 16, the actress and daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis celebrated in a very “shy” and “careful” way – with a trip to the beach.
The House rabbit The actress documented her sunny oceanfront celebration on Instagram with a snap of herself rocking a pink bikini — and cuddling with one-year-old daughter Louetta in the sand.
“CELEBRATING MY 36TH BIRTHDAY ON THE BEACH. LOCALLY, NOT IN EUROPE…”, she wrote with the video. “IT’S THOUGHTFUL. CAREFUL. HUMBLE…✨IT’S HUMBLE✨.”

She wrote in the caption that “✨ 36 is the new 26 ✨” and added the hashtag: “#HappyDemureBirthday.”
The actress, who shares Louetta with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, also reposted several of her birthday tributes on her Instagram Stories – including a sweet post from her famous mum, 61. Moore also shares daughters Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30, with ex Bruce.
“Rumer, you will always be my baby!” the movie star wrote alongside a mother-daughter throwback shot. “Happy birthday, my love ♥️ For a new year beyond measure.”
“I love and adore you!” she added.

Bruce’s wife, Emma Heming Willis, also celebrated Rumer’s birthday with a tribute.
The mum-of-two – who shares daughters Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, with the actor – posted a photo of Rumer posing with her and Bruce’s girls on her Instagram Stories, along with a message for the “humble” birthday girl.
“We adore you @rumerwillis,” she wrote. “Happy birthday.”
Earlier this year, Rumer opened up about being a dad to Bruce, who has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, and his relationship with his grandson Louetta.

Rumer also said that Louetta “loves” to go see Die a man star.
“It’s so sweet,” she said. “Louetta is honestly the most famous person in our family. Within my family, people will call and ask for meetings only with her. They say, ‘We don’t really want to see you, we’re just coming to see Louetta.’ I said, ‘Okay.’ ”
