Russell Crowe was outspoken at the recent Karlovy Vary Film Festival in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic, telling reporters he was thinking about his acting future.
The famous actor and musician (59 years old) talked about his thoughts on his career and pointed out that retirement is not entirely ruled out.

“You stand in front of the mirror and say, ‘Who is it? [expletive] right?” he said, according to Variety. “I’m in that period now.
“I’ll take Ridley Scott as a role model: he’s still discovering new things in his work,” he said of his ex. fighter manager. “Either I’ll stop and you’ll never hear from me again. I haven’t decided what will happen. These are two very reasonable options.”

Also at the same event, where he received the award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Cinema, the New Zealand actor said: “They should [expletive] pay me for the number of questions they ask me about a movie I’m not even in.
“It had nothing to do with me. In that world, I was dead. Under six feet. But I admit there was a bit of jealousy, because it reminded me of when I was young and it meant something. what it means to me, in my life.”

He continued, “I don’t know anything about the actor, I don’t know anything about the plot. I’m dying! But I do know that if Ridley decides to do a second part of the story, more than 20 years later, he must be. there’s a very strong reason. I can’t imagine this movie being anything but spectacular.”

He also told Collider in April, “It’s actually something that has changed my life. It has changed the way people see me and what I do for a living, and you know, I did. very lucky to be in a lot of big movies, but the legs in that movie are amazing.
“Here it is, it’s 2023, and we made that movie in 1999. I assure you, somewhere in the world tonight, Gladiators will be on TV in prime time. .”
