Sabrina Carpenter is bringing the holiday spirit to Netflix this year!
On Thursday, September 19, the streaming platform revealed that the pop star, 25, is starring in her own holiday special, Christmas Without Meaning with Sabrina Carpenter.
“This will really ring a bell,” read a post shared by Carpenter and Netflix on Instagram. It continues: “Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter — her first holiday special — features unexpected duets and comedic guests you won’t want to miss! Mark your calendars for December 6 at 9pm ET/6pm PT”
The post included a shot of falling snow as a pair of boots with white fur enters the frame. Soon after, the camera pans up to reveal the “Sharpest Tool” artist in a red sequin bodysuit.
“Expecting someone else?” she asks the camera, as holiday music plays in the background.

According to a press release, the variety shows will include musical guests, and Carpenter will perform songs from his 2023 holiday EP. fruit cake, as well as a handful of other holiday hits.
The special will also include comic guests, unexpected duets and additional surprises.
“Holidays have always been so special to me,” said the A girl meets the world alum in the statement. “I’m excited to bring my own take on the classic holiday variety show — infusing my love of music and comedy to create something that’s uniquely me.”

News of the holiday special comes just days after Christina Aguilera revealed Rolling Stone that Carpenter and Machine Gun Kelly will perform in a duet with Burlesque star to celebrate the 25th anniversary of her 1999 self-titled debut album as part of the Spotify Anniversaries series.
“I wanted to celebrate the 25th anniversary of my debut album in a way that brings together the past and the present,” Aguilera told the publication.
Carpenter and the “Genie in a Bottle” hitmaker, 43, teased their upcoming collaboration — which is set to drop Sept. 23 — in a video on social media on Sept. 18, with the former joking that Aguilera was her “mom.”
Christmas Without Meaning with Sabrina Carpenter airs Friday, December 6th at 9:00 PM EST.
