Samridhi Dewan made her digital screen debut in 2015 in Netflix’s The Tagore Stories, where she played the role of Kusum in an episode titled “Tyaag”. The episode tells the story of a man who hides the true caste of his orphaned niece Kusum so that she can marry Hemant, who comes from a high-caste Brahmin family.
She played Sana in Unfit (2015), considered India’s first web-based pseudo-documentary. In 2018, she gained recognition for her role as the lead character Isha Sanghvi in the web series Imperfect, which tells the quirky and humorous story of an imperfect woman’s experiences in pursuit of her dream of perfection.
She rose to fame playing Pammi Goel, a receptionist at Wilkins Chawla’s Faridabad branch, in Hotstar’s The Office in 2019. Samredhi was nominated for the Flyx Filmfare OTT Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Category for her role as Pammi Goel.
She played the role of Timsi in the web series Married Woman (2021).

She made her screen debut in the film Lucknow Central (2017) playing the role of Veera. In the film, she shared the screen with popular Punjabi actor and singer Gippy Grewal.

- Samridhi is trained in jazz and contemporary dance forms.
- Her interest in acting began during her school years, when she began participating in school drama and dance competitions. In an interview, she said:
I started acting when I was in school. I started with dancing, then moved on to school plays, and for a while I only lived for inter-school plays or dance competitions.”
- During her graduation, she was a member of The Ariels, a drama club at the Miranda House University in Delhi. She has participated in many drama productions of The Ariels such as The Party, The Golden Gate, Hide and Seek and How to Stage a Murder.
- In 2018, she starred in the Meat Puppet Company’s play production Kalpana Aur Uski (dost) Yonika, which was staged at the Jyotsna Bhole Sabhagruha in Pune.
