Sandeep Reddy Vanga is an Indian director, writer and editor of Telugu and Hindi films. He rose to fame by directing the first Telugu feature film Arjun Reddy (2017). In 2019, he made the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy titled Kabir Singh, which ranks as one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of all time.

Profession
After graduation, Sandeep Reddy Vanga worked as an apprentice in the Telugu film Manasu Maata Vinadhu in 2005 at Rushikonda Beach in Vizag. He worked on the film for 25 days. While pursuing his course at AFTT, Sandeep worked part-time at Subway. In 2010, he returned to India from Australia and began working as an assistant director on the Telugu action film “Kedi” under the direction of Kiran Kumar. Later, he worked as an assistant director in the film Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju (2015) under the direction of Kranthi Madhav.

He made his directorial debut with the Telugu film Arjun Reddy (2017). The film was a blockbuster hit and grossed over Rs. Following the release of his Bollywood directorial debut Kabir Singh (2019), Sandeep Vanga was criticized for revealing his definition of emotion in an interview. He said,
