Sanvika started working in theater during her college years. She completed the project, but quickly realized she didn’t want to do a 9-to-5 job involving Excel spreadsheets. When she accepted help from a friend and moved to Mumbai on the pretext of working in Bangalore, she lied to her family. After moving to Mumbai in search of something passionate to do, she lived in Mumbai with her friends for some time. Her zodiac sign is Pisces.

Profession
When Sanvika moved to Mumbai, she didn’t know if she could act. So initially, she worked as a clothing commercial during filming. She then decided to give acting a try and auditioned about 10 times before she cracked a Dominoes commercial. She began attending acting workshops to learn more about acting. She had some small roles including guest appearances as a reporter in different shows or commercials. She revealed in an interview that her friends and roommates supported her emotionally and financially during her days of struggle. She also recalled that when she went to audition for a commercial shoot, a random stranger asked her if she would like to audition for a show produced by The Viral Fever aka TVF at the same location.

She agreed to audition with the goal of getting in touch with the casting director to get further updates on the different auditions. However; it must have been destiny that she was chosen for the role of Pradhan Ji’s daughter Rinki, who also happens to be the love interest of protagonist Abhishek Tripathi, brilliantly played by Jitendra Kumar in the comedy web series Panchayat. She also said in the interview that she received great support from her co-star Jitendra Kumar during the shoot.

- Sanvika loved the monsoons.
- She didn’t tell her parents that her first big web series, Panchayat 2, was about to be released as she wanted to see it first to determine if her performance was worth showing to her parents and family. In an interview with the media, she revealed that two days after the web series was aired, her family began to receive a large number of congratulatory calls from relatives and friends, and her family finally knew about her web series.
- According to Sanvika, she never dreamed of becoming an actor as she considered her personality to be very shy and introverted. She also added that she is an intuitive person and makes decisions based on her gut.

She concluded the discussion by saying that this unfair treatment put her on the other side in a way.
- In an interview, when asked about the hatred or criticism that actors often receive, she replied that although the hatred affected her, she just fell asleep without thinking too much and forgot about it the next day.
