Sara Bareilles Names Her Favorite Jennas in Waitress – from Nicolette Robinson to Katherine McPhee (Exclusive)

Sara Bareilles supports girls!

In an exclusive interview with People, a songwriter, 45, appoints her favorite leading ladies who entered the role of Jenne in the hit Broadway Musical Waitress.

When the show was played on Broadway, she particularly passed by bicycle through the top talent of the theater industry, bringing the newcomers, the Hollywood stars and the stage veterans. Bareilles, who wrote music and texts for the musical, even ran multiple times as the main manufacturer of Pit Jenna.

She asked her to name her favorite Jennas, Bareilles says, “I could continue. There are so many. Nicolette Robinson is the first to come to my mind. I just think she really is a beautiful actress and she has played a role with a kind of simplicity that really me , really guessed. ”

She continues, “I love Shoshan [Bean]. Of course, Jessie Mueller is a stunning talent and she created a role. She was our original Jenna. I watched her play that role hundreds of times and I just think she’s absolutely amazing. ”

The actress adds, “You can’t go wrong!”
