Satish Kaur is a veteran Indian actor. He is best known for his role as ‘Indradev’ in the popular mythological television series Mahabharata (1988). Broadcast on DD National.

He died of complications from COVID-19 on April 10, 2021. After his death, his sister spoke about his illness in an interview, saying:
He has been suffering from fever for the past five or six days and is not in good health. So, on Thursday, we admitted him to Shri Rama Charity Hospital here and then we came to know that he tested positive for coronavirus and his funeral will be held on Sunday. ”

- His financial situation was poor and he lived in a nursing home. In an interview, he shared his dire financial situation, saying,
I never dreamed I would be so fascinated. About six months ago today I fell in the bathroom and, in addition to a broken hip, I suffered multiple injuries and had to be hospitalized. Since the house was sold, I was forced to stay in the hospital for a long time. In fact, I started a school in Ludhiana. I feel very hurt by this. I had to sell the house. No one will take care of me because I got divorced a few years ago and my wife took my son abroad. He said in a weak voice: “I want to ask the industry for help.” I have no money for treatment. If I wasn’t home, I would be picked up and thrown out of the hospital at any moment. A minister came to see me and he promised to help, but then nothing happened. People left with the promise of money, but no one came back. “
